"Antidotes: Seeing Beauty, Finding Connection", my exhibition of 33 wildlife and landscape photos, ran from August 11 - December 2, 2023 at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum. My sincere thanks to all who visited!

About the show

My own journey of reconnecting with the landscape of the Chihuahuan Desert has brought experiences of deep healing and meaning. I think about photography as a practice of seeing the land and animals with love, care, and attention, and acknowledging our interdependence.

This work was my way of contemplating the mutual antidotes humans and rest of nature might be able offer each other in facing the unique challenges of the times we live in.

This show also included a display titled “Death and Life,” a memorial work dedicated to horses and other animals.
