I look forward to co-facilitating this upcoming series of events with Carolyn Cadena, CMS-CHt. The workshop on 11/17 is meant to be a conversation in a safe and cozy setting to explore topics such as ancestral gifts and burdens. How do we identify these, more fully embrace the gifts, and become more free from difficult intergenerational patterns?

We'll explore reflective practices and practical approaches to engage with these topics, as well as how dreamwork, spiritual practices, therapy, and other modalities can be supportive.

Please reach out with any questions.
